A barn-find first-gen that deserved metal work, not filler, and a color that belongs on a 1968.

The car
Ray Delgado inherited his uncle’s Camaro and a pile of “it just needs paint” advice. The quarters had been hit twice and filled once. We cut.
The work
Bare metal, patch panels, epoxy, block, sealer, Hugger Orange and a correct stripe set. Danny sprayed it. Weekly photos so Ray could see the metal before it disappeared.
The hand-back
Fourteen weeks, not “by Christmas.” He drives it to Cars & Coffee. People ask for the shop card. We keep a stack at the desk.
