About

The shop behind the pledge.

Danny and Marisol Reyes. Fourteen bays on Main Street. A second-generation paint family that decided the insurer does not get to write the procedure.

Since 2009

A paint booth, a pledge, and a second generation.

Danny Reyes learned color in his father’s Mesa garage — candy apples and flake on lowriders that still roll Main on Saturday nights. Marisol ran the books for three other shops before they opened their own.

Ironside started in a four-bay tin building off Broadway in 2009. The rule on day one is the rule now: OEM procedures, photos at every stage, and we call before we deviate. Fourteen bays and two downdraft booths later, the name on the warranty is still theirs.

In the city

We sponsor the Mesa High auto shop, the Superstition Super Series at Wild Horse Pass, and the St. Vincent de Paul charity car show every March. If you raced it, wrecked it, or inherited it — bring it.

Fourteen bays, two booths, one estimator who answers the phone. These are the people who will actually touch your car.
