Full measure before and after, printouts in the delivery folder, heat and pulls by the book, and a road-test that includes the freeway on-ramp we actually use.

Our process

Hank owns the rack. If a rail is kinked past spec we replace it. We do not heat-and-beat a high-strength stamping because an insurer asked us to try.

Warranty

Lifetime on the structure we set. Alignment after a frame job is included once; after that, tires and potholes are on the road, not us.
